We want every family to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, move around with the keyboard or zoom in to read.

Our goal

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on this website and on our help and legal pages.

What we know is not right yet

  • Our privacy policy, terms and health information privacy statement show English and Spanish on the same page, with a button to switch between them.
  • The insurance plans on the home page are shown as logos. The name of each plan is in the image description.
