- By phone, calling the number at the bottom of this page.
What we will ask you
Four things, and none of them is clinical information about your child:
- Your ZIP code, so we can look for providers near you.
- Which service you need: ABA therapy, speech, occupational, physical, an initial evaluation and others.
- Your insurance, from a list of the plans and programs we work with.
- Your child's age range.
What happens next
Our team reviews your request and looks for licensed providers who work in your area, accept your insurance and offer that service. We then get in touch with you to walk you through the next step.
There is no cost to you.
You can check the status of your request in the app at any time.
